Job Description
  • Ensure customer satisfaction from warm greetings through promoting attentive and prompt service to responding customer complaints tactfully and professionally.
  • Thorough knowledge about the Restaurant's Menu in order to answer any questions or requests that the guests may have.
  • Maintain quality and presentation for all food and beverages served.
  • Good interaction with both, the front and back of the house, for smooth operation.
  • Receive feedback from our patrons to improve the customer's experience.
  • Analyze staff performance and train new employees.
  • Monthly Inventory duties.
