Job Description
- Ensure customer satisfaction from warm greetings through promoting attentive and prompt service to responding customer complaints tactfully and professionally.
- Thorough knowledge about the Restaurant's Menu in order to answer any questions or requests that the guests may have.
- Maintain quality and presentation for all food and beverages served.
- Good interaction with both, the front and back of the house, for smooth operation.
- Receive feedback from our patrons to improve the customer's experience.
- Analyze staff performance and train new employees.
- Monthly Inventory duties.
