Position Overview: As a Butler, you will be the epitome of excellence, ensuring that every guest's experience is seamless and memorable. You will provide personalized service with a keen attention to detail, addressing guest needs and preferences with grace and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional, personalized service to guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their stay.
• Anticipate guest needs and preferences, providing bespoke recommendations and solutions.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of guest requests.
• Maintain a high standard of presentation and professionalism at all times.
• Uphold and enhance the luxury and reputation of Meghauli Serai through impeccable service.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a luxury hospitality setting, ideally as a Butler or in a similar role.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to anticipate and cater to guest needs with discretion and professionalism.
• A genuine passion for delivering outstanding service and creating memorable experiences.
