Role Description

  • Identify and prospect potential customers in the HVAC industry including contractors, builders, architectures, property owners and dealers.
  • find out leads by identifying and visiting new construction sites.
  • Gathering detail information about new construction project and its owners/contractors/facilitators.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals while following company pricing and profitability guidelines.
  • Coordination with Dealers, taking orders and maintain professional relationship.
  • Area expansion and achieving the target provided by the company.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to promote customer loyalty and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as installation and customer service, to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, products, and competitors to effectively position our offerings in the market.


  • Qualifications:
  • Must have valid driving license and own two wheelers.
  • 2 years of experience in Air Conditioner sales or a similar sales role
  • Should be 12th, passed and Bachelor’s running or bachelor’s degree completed.
  • Sales, Marketing, and Business Development skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
