Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at reputed construction company in Kathmandu. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the sales team, developing sales strategies, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets. We are looking for qualified individual who can deal with window/doors/railings etc for both residential and commercial purpose. Candidates needs to be qualified and smart to deal with premium customers as the product being supplied is premium. Must be proficient in sales and marketing. 


Qualifications

  • Sales Strategy Development, Client Relationship Management, and Sales Target Achievement
  • Prospecting, Contract Negotiation, and Sales Forecasting skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a sales team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Must be able to handle digital marketing and exhibitions as and when required.
  • Must know how to make quotations, proposals and presentations
  • Working time 10AM to 7PM 
  • Must know how to maintain regular follow up and lead generation details.
