Job Overview:

The Business Development Officer is a pivotal role within the Business Department, responsible for spearheading various initiatives to drive growth and enhance business opportunities. This multifaceted role encompasses project coordination, market research, business requirement creation for software, and customer engagement strategies. Additionally, the Business Development Officer oversees digital marketing efforts, ensuring effective utilization of social media platforms and websites.


Essential Functions and Duties:

 Collaborate with sales and marketing teams, assist in marketing material creation, coordinate sales events, maintain customer databases, and provide sales support.

 Facilitate project planning, execution, and closure, coordinate project schedules and resources, communicate project updates, and assist in project documentation.

 Build and maintain strong customer relationships, address customer inquiries and concerns, gather feedback, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues.

 Analyze business processes, gather requirements, conduct research and data analysis, develop business cases and project plans, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

 Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, create engaging content for online platforms, monitor campaign performance, stay updated on industry trends, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

 Manage multiple projects related to software development, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery.

 Conduct quality assurance assessments on developed software to ensure alignment with specified requirements.

 Perform market research to identify product development opportunities and gather feedback for deployed systems.

 Handle customer inquiries and needs with professionalism and empathy, fostering positive relationships.

 Coordinate with cross-functional teams for comprehensive documentation of tasks and market feedback.

 Create various business documents, including proposals, agreements, presentations, and reports.

 Maintain systematic documentation and filing procedures for efficient record-keeping.

 Schedule appointments and follow up with clients to ensure their needs are met satisfactorily.

Other Duties:

 Provide training and assistance to customers and staff as needed.

 Travel occasionally for demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions.

 Be on-call for emergencies, offering prompt support and solutions.

 Maintain profiles and roadmaps of offerings within oversight.

 Report job-related duties promptly and accurately.


Qualifications:

 Bachelor's degree in relevant academics.

 Proficiency in the English language.

 Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

 Proficient in Office 365 suite.

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
