Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our growing delivery platform team. The Sales Associate will be responsible for onboarding new customers, promoting the platform’s services, and building long-term relationships to drive customer engagement. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to explain our service offerings to individuals and businesses looking for efficient delivery solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Acquisition & Onboarding: Identify and engage potential customers (both individual and business clients), and guide them through the onboarding process.
  • Product Presentation: Clearly communicate the platform’s features and benefits, tailoring the message to each client’s needs.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new customer segments and understand their delivery needs.
  • Lead Generation: Proactively identify and qualify leads through networking, cold calls, referrals, and online research.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Sales Reporting: Track and report sales activities, customer feedback, and key performance metrics.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to align customer onboarding strategies and ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Customer Support: Assist customers with queries, troubleshooting, and providing guidance on using the platform.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in a delivery platform or logistics-related industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to present services and products effectively.
  • Knowledge of the local market and customer preferences.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales-related software.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
