Job Description

Blys, a leading on-demand marketplace for wellness services, is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive at Blys, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by managing clients and providing exceptional customer service to our corporate customers. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the success of a rapidly growing global company.

Please note that this is a Full-time role. The work hours are from 4 AM to 1 PM Nepal time.


Responsibilities


  • Process / handle bookings and inquiries in a timely and professional manner - within target handling times
  • Make phone calls and respond to emails
  • Provide clients with the information to address inquiries
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing and new clients
  • Prepare quotes and invoices on a need basis
  • Update the company's knowledge base and Help Center (as required)


Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience of minimum 4 years in sales and/or account management
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - written and verbal
  • Should uphold a high standard of professionalism
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills
