This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Marketing Manager at Star Marble And Sanitary Pvt. Ltd. in Kathmandu. The Sales Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and overseeing marketing campaigns.

• Sales Strategy Development, Business Development, and Customer Relationship Management skills
• Marketing Campaign Management and Market Research skills
• Proficiency in sales forecasting and budgeting
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Experience in the construction or home improvement industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
