Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Ticketing Officer to manage and process travel bookings, handle ticketing inquiries, and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in ticketing and travel services, with a strong background in travel and tourism.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process and manage travel bookings and ticketing for domestic and international travel.

- Proper knowledge of Global Distribution System i.e. Galileo, Amadeus and Sabre

- Assist clients with travel inquiries, provide recommendations, and resolve any issues related to bookings.

- Ensure accuracy in ticket issuance and handle changes, cancellations, and refunds.

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel regulations, airline policies, and industry trends.

- Collaborate with other team members to enhance the customer experience and streamline operations.

- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in ticketing and travel services.

- Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism or a related field is preferred.

- Strong knowledge of ticketing systems, travel regulations, and booking procedures.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
