Takeo is looking for an Executive – Talent Development responsible for building, fostering, and maintaining relationships with Technology talents in the US.
Areas of Responsibilities for Executive – Talent Enrollment
• Understand technology, technical roles, and technical skills. Learn and evaluate your technical skills
• Identifying, Sourcing, and uncovering talents
• Shape and deliver on our strategy for how to drive developers and technology professionals to count on Takeo
• Building a relationship with the talents and understanding their needs
• Create proof of concepts, demos, and articles for a highly technical audience
• Liaise with the Takeo Resource Management and Technology Sourcing team to communicate third-party feedback
• Engage online with the community of developers and technology professionals.
Qualifications
• At least one years of developer advocacy, talent management, technology sales, or technology recruiting or business experience.
• Excellent communication skills
• Minimum of BA/BS in Computer Science or Information Technology or BBA. A Graduate degree is a plus
