Role Description

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic General Manager (GM) for AAGAN Sweets with at least 2 years of experience in the food Sector The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations, improving efficiency, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

1. Job Title: General Manager -1 No's People

Experience: 2+ years

Location: Kathmandu

• Oversee daily operations of the food and quality .
• Manage inventory, procurement, and supplier relationships.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Supervise and train staff to maintain high service standards.
• Develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction and drive sales.
• Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and cost control.
• Handle customer complaints and feedback to ensure a positive experience.
• Implement marketing strategies and promotions to boost business growth.

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a managerial role within the food and beverages sector.

2. Job Title: Floor Manager -4 No's People

Experience: 2+ years

Location: Kathmandu

We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Floor Manager (AAGAN) with at least 2 years of experience in the food and beverages industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations on the floor, ensuring smooth service, and delivering a great customer experience.

• Supervise daily operations on the floor to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Manage and coordinate staff schedules, assignments, and training.
• Ensure that health, safety, and hygiene standards are strictly followed.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally.
• Monitor service quality and resolve any issues that may arise during service.
• Oversee stock levels and report on inventory needs to management.
• Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely service.
