Role Description

·         Ensure schedule of all the deliverables pre and post construction

·         Budget planning and cost estimating

·         Track inventory regularly

·         Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status

·         Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones

·         Monitor and guide compliance with building and safety regulations

·         Train and give feedback to construction workers and subcontractors

·         Manage and mitigate risks

·         Always ensure quality hotel standards

·         Work in partnership and develop a close relationship with owners and other stakeholders

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years General Manager experience
• Demonstrated results-driven leadership
• Reliable, organized and pro-active with strong communications skills
• Prior experience in an reputed Hotels-managed hotel is preferred
• A hands-on, operationally focused and energetic leader
• Passion for motivating, training, engaging and developing the team
• Demonstrated success in delivering fiscal targets
• Strong financial and analytical skills in developing budgets and allocating appropriate resources to ensure a sustainable & profitable business
• The ability to lead, mentor and coach teams to achieve improved personal, guest and business outcomes.
