Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Software Sales & Marketing Associate at Forefront Engineering in Kathmandu. The Associate will be responsible for tasks such as communication, customer service, sales, training, and sales & marketing activities.


Key Responsibilities


·        Sales Strategy Development: Assist in crafting and executing effective sales strategies to promote our engineering software solutions and achieve sales targets.

·        Lead Generation: Assist to identify and qualify leads through various channels including market research, networking. Create new and make use of existing marketing campaigns.

·        Client Engagement: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the features and benefits of our software solutions.

·        Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, long-lasting customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention.

·        Sales Negotiation: Negotiate and close sales agreements while adhering to company policies and procedures.

·        Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns, enhancing lead generation and brand awareness.

·        Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular sales reports and updates to management, analyzing data and trends to identify areas for improvement.


Qualifications

  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Experience in sales, training, and sales & marketing.
  • Ability to learn from line manager to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical clients.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Fluency in Nepali and English languages.
  • Knowledge of software sales techniques and strategies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience in the AEC industry is a plus.
