Position: Senior Accounting Support Executive, No. of Vacancies: 1, Product: Accounting ERP Location: Kathmandu

Roles and responsibilities:

●       Client service - monitor and respond to phone requests, email, or chat about technical cases for new and existing customers.

●        Technical troubleshooting - handle technical support cases to ensure issues are recorded, tracked, and resolved, and follow-ups are done promptly.

●        Implementation of ERP Software.

●        Make Sure the Client uses all the features and ensure understanding of the modules

●        Ensure Customer Satisfaction

●        Keeping the client's information on software confidential

●        Provide training to clients online or on-site as per requirement

●        Follows up on and takes responsibility for unresolved issues or escalations

●       Field visit as a part of support and client’s requirements

●       Assigned clients and tasks to juniors

●       Follow up the task assigned

●        Involve in the documentation and active resolution process based on such requests

●       Receive handed-over tasks by other shifts and handle with prioritizing solutions

●      Take feedback from clients at certain intervals of time

Education

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field

Experience

Min. 2-4 years in relevant field for mid-level
