Job Description
Skills & Responsibilities

  • Handle inquiries from enterprise customers and provide appropriate product offerings.
  • Establish customer mapping and devise strategies for visiting and successfully closing sales.
  • Formulate and implement activities related to enterprise sales.
  • Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales activity reports to a supervisor.
  • Plan sales activities and meet assigned sales targets.
  • Establish and sustain a professional relationship with customers.
  • Collaborate and communicate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and ensure the timely completion of projects.
  • Create technical solution proposals and generate quotations for offered products and services.
  • Engage in cross-functional roles within the sales department.
  • Ensure a robust payment cycle for customers and promptly clear receivables.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in management/IT or related field with minimum 2-year experience or master’s degree with 1 year experience.
  • IT knowledge preferred.
  • Having a 2-wheeler with a valid driving license is preferred.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Nepali.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and excel.
  • Be courteous, and punctual, and adhere to company policies.
