Position: Web Hosting Technical Support [7AM to 3PM]

You will be handling live chats and, on some occasions, tickets. You will be working shifts (but no overnights).

Major Job Descriptions:

• Proficiency with cPanel, WHM, and related tools
• Familiarity with Linux architecture
• Understanding of DNS records
• Experience debugging PHP/MySQL websites
• Skills in optimizing site performance
• Knowledge of PHP beneficial
• Handle on-demand live chats and support ticket requests based on assigned levels, providing top-notch support to our valued customers
• Regular monitoring and pre-empt actions to ensure smoother functioning of the overall structure

Requirements:

• No prior experience is required – we are looking for enthusiastic learners!
• A basic understanding of web hosting concepts is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Eagerness to expand technical knowledge and skills.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Passionate about making a positive impact in the industry
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with at least 50 WPM for typing speed (word per minute)
• Interest in web hosting and website development
• Effective organizational and time management skills, adept at handling multiple tasks
• Demonstrated teamwork proficiency
• Comfortable with ambiguity and adaptable to changing priorities
• You will be working as a Web Hosting support team – coordinating to complete the task together while supporting one another.
