Job Description
Global Pacific Support is currently hiring Marketing Agency Sales Representatives on a commission-based structure. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales and generating revenue for our marketing agency. Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking events, and online research

  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring accurate contract and payment processing

Requirements

  • Prior experience in sales, preferably in the marketing or advertising industry
  • Achievement-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Sound understanding of marketing concepts and strategies
  • Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a commission-based role
  • Ability to work independently and organize a sales pipeline effectively
  • Strong networking and relationship-building abilities
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • High school diploma or equivalent. A bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field is a plus
