Job Description

Naxa is looking for a proactive and organized Communications & Social Media Officer who not only has a strong interest in communications but also brings hands-on experience in creating impactful documentation, managing dynamic social media platforms, and developing comprehensive communication strategies. JOB SPECIFICATION

  • Creation and compilation of engaging content for the company website, as well as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram profiles.
  • Support the business development team in preparation of project proposals, project reports and other relevant project documents.
  • Managing and curating content for the company newsletter and social media accounts, ensuring timely and relevant updates.
  • Documentation of project activities through blogging, social media posts, and other channels.
  • Responsible for maintaining and updating documents from other departments of the company: business development, administrative, and HR documents such as CVs.
  • Preparation of social media posts on a regular basis showcasing the day-to-day working life at Naxa.
  • Creation of promotional videos for developed apps and projects, with a target of one video per major project that the company has done.
  • Ensure that the online drive repository of the company meets the company's standards and requirements, including organization, accessibility.
  • Collaborate closely with the design team to ensure that all documents meet the required standards for quality, branding, and visual appeal.
  • Supporting business development activities by providing marketing materials, content, and assistance as needed.
  • Documenting in-house and external events, ensuring comprehensive coverage and promotion across relevant platforms.
  • Participation in career fairs and tech events to promote and engage with potential clients, partners, and talent.
  • Documenting ongoing events and initiatives within the company, highlighting achievements and milestones.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall company objectives.


Job Requirements

  • Masters running/Bachelors completed (Preference given to a Marketing specialization)with a minimum of one year of experience working in the documentation field, either in proposal grant writing or technical documentation.
  • Passionate about content marketing, and digital strategy.
  • Well-written, well-spoken, overall very professional communication
  • Outstanding organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to balance multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, with an eye for prioritization
  • Motivated and focused while working independently due to the virtual nature of this internship
  • Personable with strong relationship-building skills


Required Soft Skills 

  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Nepali
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team to complete projects under time constraints.
  • Can work well within team dynamics.
