In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and securing new contracts.

Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Support Intern at ThinkMove Solutions in Kathmandu. The Technical Support Intern will be responsible for providing technical assistance to office employees, analyzing issues, troubleshooting problems, and ensuring smooth operation of office functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage WordPress website.
• Troubleshoot and resolve problems of Linux systems and AWS Cloud Services.
• Provide timely and effective technical support to customers via phone, email, or on-site visits.
• Analyze and diagnose technical issues related to software, hardware, and network systems.
• Assist in monitoring system performance and implementing necessary updates or fixes.
• Continuously learn and stay updated on the latest technologies and support techniques.

Qualifications:

• Basic understanding of WordPress.
• Fundamental knowledge of Computer Networks.
• Familiarity with Linux & AWS Cloud Services.
• Strong technical support and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Pursuing or completed a degree in Information Technology or a related field.
