Free Consultation - Gehi & Associates is a highly experienced New York-based law firm specializing in complex federal immigration litigation and serious deportation cases. The firm assists clients in immigration matters from all over the United States and the world, regularly involved in litigation before the Board of Immigration Appeals and the Federal Courts. The practice includes all aspects of immigration law, from accusations of terrorism to work visas and RFEs.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Consultant at Gehi & Associates. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for sales consulting, customer satisfaction, communication, customer service, and consulting on a day-to-day basis.

Mode- 100% remote
Languages:mandatory English + Nepali
Standard working week: Monday through Saturday
Mandatory office timings: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (EST), (inclusive of break)
Experience- 1+ year required
Salary - UPTO 40K INR per month.

Roles and responsibilities

● Receives and attends clients enquiries each month related to US immigration. You will be responsible for counseling these enquiries and selling our services, over the phone, email or virtual call.
● Advice on the overseas options available, so as to enable the client & their family to make an educated choice & the right decision.
● Give clear and accurate information based on the current immigration & visa laws & policies.
● Provide a fair and neutral evaluation of a candidate’s profile.
● Achieve excellent customer service by proactively responding to client queries and advising customers on their overseas immigration and visa needs.
● Meet the assigned targets.
● Closely monitor the leads and escalate the issues to the respective departments.
