Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales And Marketing Specialist at E-Signature Pvt. Ltd. in Kathmandu. The Specialist will be responsible for communication with clients, providing excellent customer service, conducting sales activities, offering training, and managing sales processes.

Qualifications

• Sales and Sales Management skills
• Experience in providing training
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of CRM software
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

Responsibilities:

• Identify and qualify potential client through cold calls, visits, emails, networking and other lead generation activities.
• Deliver sales presentation and product demonstration to potential clients while highlighting the value and benefits of our solution.
• Effectively negotiate pricing and contract terms ensuring mutual benefits.
• Maintain accurate record of sales activities , client interactions and client status.
• Self-improve continuously by way of experience and feedback.

Skills:

• Strong understanding of software products (SaaS products would be a plus)
• Ability to meet and/or exceed monthly sales targets
• Aptitude in Communication, Presentation, Persuasion and Negotiation Skills
• Ability to build and maintain long-term and client relationships.

Candidate with 1-2 year of experience in software sales

Salary range: 25,000 - 35,000 (depending on experience)
