BATASMAW Commercial Vehicles Pvt. Ltd is a leading provider of top-quality commercial vehicles and services in Nepal. Our company, a joint venture between BATAS Organization and MAW Enterprises, specializes in Sales, Service, and Spare-Parts (3S) support for Volvo Eicher Commercial Vehicles (VECV) to ensure quality and excellence in every operation.

This is a full-time Assistant Sales Manager role based in Kathmandu. The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales activities, developing sales strategies, building and maintaining customer relationships, providing after-sales support, and achieving sales targets set by the company.

• Sales Management, Business Development, and Customer Relationship Management skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Experience in the commercial vehicle industry is a plus
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Fluency in English and Nepali languages
