Job Title: BDO/Sales Representative

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential clients through various channels, including online research, CRM systems, and industry events.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, making them feel valued and understood.
  • Utilize your exceptional verbal and written English skills to engage, charm, and persuade potential clients.
  • Leverage your background or interest in business development to identify new opportunities and help drive our sales strategy forward.
  • Use CRM systems or sales tools to track interactions with potential clients, manage leads, and keep the sales pipeline organized.
  • Conduct thorough research to understand market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to better position our products/services.


Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field; experience in the e-commerce industry or selling IT services is a plus.
  • Exceptional written and verbal English skills are a must; you should be able to craft compelling messages and hold persuasive conversations with ease.
  • Strong rapport-building abilities; you should make customers feel like they’re talking to a friend, not a salesperson.
  • Ability to perform quality research to identify potential leads and understand customer needs.
  • Experience or knowledge of CRM systems or sales tools to manage customer relationships and sales processes effectively.
