Job Description

  • Assist in managing and supervising the hotel’s security team, including security officers and other related staff.
  • Ensure that all security personnel are trained, scheduled, and performing their duties in accordance with hotel standards.
  • Conduct regular briefings and training sessions for the security team on safety procedures, emergency response, and hotel policies.
  • Assist in developing and implementing security protocols, procedures, and emergency plans.
  • Monitor security operations, including surveillance, access control, and patrolling activities.
  • Oversee the monitoring of CCTV systems, alarm systems, and other security equipment.
  • Respond to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms, coordinating with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
  • Ensure the safety and security of all guests, employees, and hotel property.
  • Conduct regular safety audits and inspections of the hotel premises, identifying potential security risks and recommending corrective actions.
  • Address guest complaints or concerns related to safety and security in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Ensure that all entry points, restricted areas, and high-risk locations are secured.
  • Assist in conducting investigations into security incidents, thefts, accidents, and other related issues.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of incidents, investigations, and security activities.
  • Prepare and submit reports to the Security Manager or Director of Security, including recommendations for preventing future incidents.
