The Opportunity

Our team in Kathmandu is continuing to grow! We are looking for an experienced Paid Media Specialist to create and develop Search, Social and Programmatic plans and campaigns for our Global clients, and then own the ongoing campaign management to exceed KPIs.


  • Develop plans and manage the buying of paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and ideally have experience working with Meta, Tiktok, Twitter and other leading social advertising platforms.
  • Handle the day-to-day management and optimisation of Search, Programmatic, Display etc. campaigns for our clients.
  • Give recommendations and build campaigns - executing paid media campaigns to an industry-standard best practice
  • Use analytics to report to produce reports to analyse the performance of paid campaigns and promotions
  • Monitor KPIs for campaigns and develop recommendations to improve them
  • Be capable of analysing data to draw conclusions on campaign performance and recommend improvements that will help achieve commercial goals i.e., incremental sales growth, new customer acquisition etc
  • Be confident delivering paid media insights to clients when required
  • Take campaign learnings to inform media planning decisions and feed into the overarching media strategy
  • Support the business in keeping constantly informed of the latest developments in the Paid Media analytics bringing those to the wider team



What you’ll need

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in planning, managing, and optimising paid advertisements/PPC campaigns.
  • Experience in setting up and troubleshooting conversion tracking in GA4, Tag Manager, and other paid online advertising platforms.
  • Experience working with large client accounts to research, plan, optimize, and complete paid media campaigns.
  • Must be able to take a strategic approach with the ability to add market knowledge, insight, and intelligence.
  • Prior experience working across multiple platforms in an agency environment is also desirable.
