Roles and Responsibilities

  • Create comprehensive social media plans tailored to each client's business goals, target audience, and brand voice.
  • Design and implement social media campaigns to promote brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
  • Produce high-quality, engaging content, including graphics, videos, blog posts, and social media posts.
  • Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely posting across all social media platforms.
  • Write compelling and brand-aligned copy for social media posts, ads, and campaigns.
  • Engage with Audiences: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across social media platforms to foster a positive community and manage customer relationships.
  • Address any negative feedback or comments professionally and swiftly to protect and enhance the client’s online reputation.
  • Track Performance Metrics: Use social media analytics tools to monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement, reach, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Analyse data to understand what works and what doesn't, and adjust strategies accordingly to optimize results.
  • Social Media Advertising: Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, and ad creation.
  • Conduct A/B tests on social media ads and content to determine the most effective strategies.
  • Client Communication: Regularly update clients on campaign progress, performance metrics, and any necessary adjustments to the strategy.
  • Work closely with other departments such as SEO, content marketing, and graphic design to ensure a cohesive and integrated marketing approach.
  • Industry Trends: Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep clients ahead of the curve.
  • Monitor competitors’ social media activities to identify opportunities and threats for clients.
  • Creativity: Ability to think outside the box and generate innovative ideas to engage the audience.
  • Strong ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey ideas and feedback.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Postly, Loomly), and advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager).
