Roles and Responsibilities:

Market Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities, trends, and customer needs.
  • Analyze competitors, pricing strategies, and market dynamics to inform sales and marketing strategies.

Sales Strategy and Execution:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet revenue targets and expand market share.
  • Identify potential clients, generate leads, and convert prospects into customers.
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business.

Marketing Strategy Development:

  • Develop, execute, and monitor marketing plans to promote Skill Spark’s courses and services.
  • Identify target markets and craft tailored marketing campaigns to reach specific audiences.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and distribute promotional materials across various channels.

Lead Generation and Conversion:

  • Implement lead generation strategies using a combination of online and offline methods.
  • Nurture leads through personalized communication, follow-ups, and effective sales techniques.
  • Track and analyze lead conversion rates to optimize future marketing and sales efforts.

Brand Management:

  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials and platforms.
  • Develop strategies to enhance brand awareness and strengthen Skill Spark’s market position.

Social Media and Digital Marketing:

  • Manage social media accounts, create engaging content, and interact with the online community.
  • Monitor and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, and email marketing.
  • Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies to increase engagement and reach.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM):

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Implement CRM tools to manage client information, track sales activities, and monitor customer interactions.
  • Address customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns promptly to enhance the overall customer experience.

Sales Reporting and Performance Analysis:

  • Track and report on sales performance metrics, including revenue, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve sales and marketing effectiveness.
  • Prepare regular reports for management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.

Event Planning and Execution:

  • Organize and participate in events such as workshops, webinars, and trade shows to promote Skill Spark’s offerings.
  • Coordinate with partners and sponsors to maximize event impact and outreach.
  • Evaluate event outcomes and use insights to enhance future events.

Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure alignment and collaboration.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members in achieving their targets.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop innovative sales and marketing strategies.

Budget Management:

  • Manage the sales and marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Monitor expenditures and adjust strategies to stay within budget while maximizing ROI


Qualifications:

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
  • A Master’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration (MBA) is a plus.

Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the education or IT sector.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in CRM software, digital marketing tools, and sales analytics platforms.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and content management systems (CMS).
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools and the ability to interpret and apply insights to improve performance.

Sales and Marketing Expertise:

  • In-depth knowledge of sales processes, lead generation techniques, and customer relationship management.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies that align with sales objectives.
  • Experience in creating and managing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.

Communication and Interpersonal Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive sales pitches and marketing messages.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and team members.

Analytical and Problem-Solving Abilities:
