Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Attendant located in Kathmandu. The Front Desk Attendant will be responsible for phone etiquette, receptionist duties, clerical skills, communication, and providing excellent customer service on a daily basis.
Qualifications
- Phone Etiquette, Receptionist Duties, and Clerical Skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills
- Experience in a similar role is a plus
- Fluency in English and Nepali languages
- High school diploma or equivalent
