A reputed Hospitality group with 7 Restaurants + Food Factory that produces Frozen Food & A bar at Jhamsikhel is looking for an experienced Sales Manager who should be able to work with sales target

Salary

Total Salary : Upto Nrs 80,000 Per Month

Basic Fixed Salary : Nrs 50,000 Per Month

Incentive per Month : An earning of Nrs 30,000 additional for KPI Achivement

Role Description

The Sales Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing plans, managing and leading the sales team, analyzing market trends, and building strong customer relationships.

• Lead Generation, Sales Team Leadership, Negotiation Skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Capcut / Canva / Instgram Reel & Trend Analysis & Tiktok
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Experience in the marketing or sales field
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Two Years of Experience
