Details / requirements:

We seek a motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling our innovative digital product (software) to various customers and merchants. This role requires a strong sales mindset, excellent communication skills, and building and maintaining relationships with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales of Digital Products:
  • Take ownership of a digital product (software) and be responsible for its sales and market penetration.
  • Present, promote, and sell the software to existing and prospective customers.
  • Customer/Client Engagement:
  • Actively identify, engage, and follow up with potential customers, clients, and merchants.
  • Schedule and conduct meetings, presentations, and demos to showcase the software’s value proposition.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers to drive product adoption.
  • Market Research and Analysis:
  • Conduct market research to identify new leads and potential markets for the software.
  • Analyze customer feedback and market trends to improve sales strategies and product offerings.
  • Onboarding and Enrollment:
  • Assist in the enrollment process of customers and merchants into the software.
  • Provide training and support to ensure customers and merchants are effectively using the software.
  • Target Achievement:
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the management.
  • Track sales activities and report on progress to senior management.
  • Customer Support and After-sales Service:
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing after-sales support and addressing any issues or concerns.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional strategies.
  • Collaborate with product development teams to relay customer feedback and insights for product improvement.
Qualifications:
  • Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience:
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.
  • Experience in software sales or digital product sales is a plus.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to understand and articulate the value of software products.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Additional Requirements:
  • Willingness to travel for client visits and meetings.
  • Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
