We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Hostess cum waitress to join our vibrant team at Lavie Garden located in the heart of Boudha, Kathmandu. The hostess will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests feel valued and well-cared-for from the moment they step into our restaurant. You will handle various tasks to facilitate a smooth dining experience, including greeting guests, managing reservations, and assisting with front-of-house operations.

What You’ll Do:

• Warm Welcome: Greet guests with a genuine smile and friendly demeanor, making them feel at home from the moment they arrive.
• Seating Arrangements: Efficiently manage reservations and walk-ins, coordinating seating to maximize comfort and flow.
• Guest Interaction: Provide guests with information about our menu, daily specials, and any upcoming events.
• Front-of-House Management: Maintain a clean and organized entrance area and assist with general front-of-house duties.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with f&b and kitchen team members to ensure a seamless dining experience.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a hospitality role is advantageous but not essential. We value enthusiasm and a positive attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a knack for multitasking and problem-solving.
• Friendly, energetic, and able to handle a fast-paced environment with grace.
