Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential corporate clients and key accounts to increase hotel bookings and revenue.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales goals and objectives.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate accounts and decision-makers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Manage and resolve any issues or concerns that may arise with corporate clients.
  • Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to corporate clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with corporate clients to secure bookings and maximize revenue.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted promotional campaigns and offers for corporate clients.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to track progress towards sales targets and goals.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for review by senior management.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance sales performance.
  • Work closely with other hotel departments, including operations and revenue management, to ensure seamless execution of corporate bookings and events.
  • Participate in sales meetings and contribute to the development of overall sales strategies and initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (typically 3-5 years) in a sales role within the hotel industry, with a focus on corporate sales.
  • Strong understanding of corporate client needs and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM systems.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
