Job Description
LMSL, the Life Management Science Labs, is an organization aiming to empower people all over the world to transform their lives based on the research by The Institute for Life Management Science (ILMS), which identifies and structures all aspects of human life into a comprehensive architecture.

ILMS is dedicated to researching the application of management systems in personal life. A multi-disciplinary research team explores the structure and application of personal administration at individual, couple and family level. The result of the research project is a series of tools, templates, toolkits, publications and training courses content.

LMSL has been established to commercialize activities using the above mentioned research insights. LMSL is an organization aiming to empower people all over the world to transform their lives based on the research by The Institute for Life Management Science, which identifies and structures all aspects of human life into a comprehensive architecture.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Strategy Development and Implementation: Defines and approves the company's overall marketing strategy to achieve business objectives. Oversees and evaluates the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including strategies for new product launches and branding initiatives.
  • Marketing Team Coordination: Supervises and coordinates the marketing team, including Marketing Managers and Marketing Specialists. Provides leadership and direction to the team, ensuring that team and individual objectives are clearly defined and aligned with the company's strategy.
  • Marketing Budget Management: Develops and approves the marketing department budget, monitoring expenses and ensuring resources are used efficiently to maximize campaign ROI.
  • Marketing Strategy: Approves and oversees the development of innovative marketing strategies to position the company competitively in the market. Monitors and evaluates the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, proposing continuous improvements.
  • Brand Strategy: Develops and approves brand strategies to build and strengthen the company's market image. Coordinates rebranding initiatives and ensures brand identity consistency across all materials and communications.
  • Brand Identity: Defines and approves the visual identity and messaging of the brand across all customer touchpoints.
  • Brand Applications: Ensures the correct and consistent use of brand elements in all marketing materials and external communications. Monitors the application of brand standards across all company projects.
  • Market Research: Approves and coordinates market research to identify trends and consumer needs. Uses market data to inform and adjust marketing strategies and product development.
  • Pricing Strategy: Develops and approves pricing strategies to maximize profitability and market competitiveness. Analyzes cost structures and competitor behavior to set optimal prices.
  • Website Development and Management: Oversees the development and optimization of the company website to ensure an optimal user experience. Collaborates with IT and design teams to maintain and improve website functionalities.
  • Social Media Marketing (Organic): Approves and develops social media marketing strategies to increase brand engagement and visibility. Monitors the performance of social media campaigns and adjusts strategies based on results.
  • Content Marketing: Approves and oversees the production of high-quality content, including articles, blogs, white papers, and case studies. Ensures the consistency and relevance of content for target audiences.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Approves and develops CRM strategies to improve customer loyalty and satisfaction. Uses CRM reports to analyze customer behavior and personalize communications.
  • Email Marketing: Approves and plans email marketing campaigns to drive engagement and conversions. Monitors and analyzes the performance of email marketing campaigns to optimize results.
  • Mobile Marketing: Develops or approves mobile marketing strategies to reach target audiences on mobile devices. Oversees the creation of mobile-optimized content and campaigns.
  • Event Marketing: Approves and plans the company's participation in events, trade shows, and conferences. Coordinates the organization and promotion of the company's own events.
  • Influencer Marketing: Identifies and collaborates with relevant influencers to increase brand visibility and credibility. Monitors and evaluates the impact of influencer marketing campaigns.
  • Affiliate Marketing: Develops or approves affiliate marketing programs to expand the network of product promotion. Analyzes the performance of affiliate partners and optimizes the program for maximum results.
  • Search Engine Marketing (SEM): Develops or approves paid search advertising strategies to increase website visibility and traffic. Monitors and optimizes SEM campaigns to maximize ROI.
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Develops or approves SEO strategies to improve the organic ranking of the website in search engines. Analyzes and optimizes website content and structure to increase visibility and organic traffic.
  • Public Relations: Develops or approves public relations strategies to manage the company's image and reputation. Coordinates communications with the press and manages image crises.
  • Marketing Audit: Conducts periodic audits of marketing activities to evaluate effectiveness and compliance with established strategies. Identifies and implements measures to improve marketing processes and tactics.
  • Social Media Advertising: Plans or approves paid social media advertising campaigns to increase visibility and engagement. Identifies and implements measures to improve marketing processes and tactics.

We expect you to:

  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is essential, with an MBA being a strong plus for strategic roles.
  • Can speak english fluently
  • At least 5 years of experience in marketing leadership, with a proven track record of driving growth and innovation, ideally within your industry or a closely related one.
  • Expertise in digital marketing strategies such as SEO/SEM, content marketing, and social media, combined with strong data analysis skills using tools like Google Analytics. Proficiency in managing CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot and experience with budget management to optimize ROI.
  • Proven ability to lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • Experience in working closely with sales, product, and customer service teams to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives, ensuring cohesive efforts across departments.
  • A strong creative vision with the ability to lead innovative and impactful marketing campaigns, along with a willingness to experiment with new ideas and tools.
  • Alignment with your company’s culture and values, ensuring the candidate not only fits but thrives within your organization.
