Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Operation Agent at one of our clients. The Operation Agent will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to operations, customer service, sales support, and finance coordination. The role involves ensuring smooth operations and efficient customer service delivery.
Qualifications
- Have a good skills of being organized and systematic
- Able to communicate well and clearly
- Willing to work as a Team player within a team.
- Experience in operations, customer service, or sales roles
- Conversability in English would be an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Knowledge of CRM systems is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in related field.
