Designation : Incubation Manager

Reports To : Director, Research Learning and Development

 

Job Purpose: 

The Incubation Manager plays a pivotal role in managing and nurturing the entrepreneurial ecosystem within Texas International Education Network by overseeing various aspects of the Texas Business Incubation Center and related student programs. The position of Incubation Manager aims at extending to a combination of strategic planning, program development, networking, support, and other allied areas, as spelled out by the ToR and any other documents formally devised and executed by the TIEN.

The Incubation Manager at Texas International Education Network (TIEN) will nurture the college's entrepreneurial ecosystem, requiring leadership. project management, and networking skills.


Qualifications:

§ MBA or equivalent degree/ preferred specialized in entrepreneurship and innovation

§ Proven experience minimum of 1 year in entrepreneurship, business incubation, or a related field.

§ Well versed in computer skills in documentation, spreadsheets, data analysis, and presentation.

§ Strong leadership and communication skills.

§ English Nepali/English fluency in Speaking and Writing.

§ Ability to work in a team.

§ Networking and relationship-building skills.

§ Accommodative to adapt to changing environments and promote innovation.

§ Formal training on the above subject areas is highly preferred.

§ Preferred teaching experience at college level.
