- Ability to handle pressure, problem solving, time management and decision making skills

- Exceeding sales quotas and activity metrics assigned by the Sales Manager.
- Actively marketing LABA training solutions to companies with the goal of increasing sales and creating brand awareness.
- Selling training solutions, targeting small to mid-size companies.
- Building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline of potential new customers as well as opportunities within existing clients.
- Actively participate in all product knowledge training to obtain necessary comprehension of LABA training services.
- Proven track record of developing new business through prospecting and cold calls, building strong personal rapport with the key business decision makes with current client and prospects.
- Sustaining a very high-level of activity by meeting goals set by the Sales Manager,
- Maintaining the sales database of current and potential clients.
- Prepare for and actively participate in weekly one-on-one meetings with the Sales Manager.
- Submitting an accurate forecast to the Sales Manager on a weekly basis.
- Completing various administrative activities such as enrolling students into classes and submitting class requests, and meeting monthly collection targets
- Ability to sell in a team environment
- Experience within a quota driven sales environment
- Prepare customer presentations, product demonstrations and proposals
- Bring in executive management on client engagements
