Job Description
Job Descriptions:
· Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company-wide project sales targets and revenue goals.
· Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and drive growth.
· Provide leadership and direction to the project sales team, setting clear objectives and performance metrics.
· Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
· Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
· Foster a collaborative and motivating team environment to drive sales excellence.
· Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
· Oversee the negotiation and closing of high-value sales contracts and agreements.
· Address complex client issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
· Collaborate with project management and delivery teams to ensure alignment of sales efforts with project execution.
· Monitor project progress, address any challenges, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
· Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to facilitate effective communication and problem resolution.
· Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales metrics to assess team performance and sales effectiveness.
· Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to executive leadership.
· Utilize data-driven insights to refine sales strategies and improve overall sales performance.
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities and market segments.
· Develop strategic partnerships and alliances to enhance market presence and drive growth.
· Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions.
· Generate regular sales reports and forecasts.
· Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
· Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and strategies.
· Provide training and support to junior sales staff as needed.
· Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales initiatives.
· Coordination of tender reviews, deadlines and detailed bid terms and condition.
· Coordinate with finance team for required financial tools (Guarantee/ LC) and processing it in bank.
· Coordinating with other sales and marketing member and share the financial and technical offer as per customer/institutional need.
· Execute orders and share the dispatch status to the clients.
Job Specifications:
· At least Bachelor's in Management.
· 4-5 Years of experience in relevant Field.
· Strong Analytical Skills & attention to details.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Package.
