Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Officer at Nest Nepal in Kathmandu. The Business Development Officer will be responsible for tasks related to new business development, analyzing market trends, financial planning, communication with clients, and ensuring excellent customer service.

• Ability to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide timely support
• Proficiency in using CRM software and support tools
• Experience in managing customer feedback and maintaining satisfaction
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Problem-solving skills with a focus on customer needs
• Empathetic and patient demeanor
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications a plus
• Excellent Communication and Relationship Management skills
• Strong understanding of account management principles and practices
• Ability to analyze client needs, develop strategic plans, and deliver tailored solutions
• Experience in managing client accounts and driving business growth
• Proficiency in CRM software and project management tools
• Ability to negotiate contracts and handle financial aspects of accounts
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and detail-oriented individual
