Job Description

We are currently looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager business development manager to join our team at LogicaBeans.


LogicaBeans is a boutique offshoring software development and consulting companies working in the global market. As a business development manager, you will help us expand our clientele. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. Your role will be identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and developing and implementing sales strategies.

Responsibilities:

 

·      Developing and executing sales plans to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.

·      Able to define and design strategy and business plan to upscale overall growth and opportunities for the company

·      Attracting new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process for the business.

·      Identifying and researching opportunities that come up in new and existing markets.

·      Preparing and delivering pitches and presentations to potential new clients.

·      Communicating with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems.

·      Creating positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients.

· Generate leads from various sources, including digital mediums and social networks, and build a continuous opportunity pipeline to ensure a steady flow of generating new customers.

·      Running outbound campaigns (phone calls, emails, etc.) to create sales opportunities.

·      Developing and presenting proposals customized for each client’s specific business needs.

·      Ensuring excellent customer service through regular client follow up.

·      Developing rapport with key decision makers.

·      Owning the sales lifecycle from prospecting to implementation.

·      Managing virtual and in-person business development meetings with existing and prospective clients.



Requirements:

 

·      Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or similar field.

·      Minimum of 5+ years of experience in business development or similar role in IT related industry.

·      Excellent multitasking skills and ability to prioritize task.

·      Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

·      Ability to present and explain ideas to a variety of audiences.

·      Strong organizational and time management skills.

·      Ability to work under pressure.

·      Strong customer service skills.

·      Ability to sell value and create credibility.

·      Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

·      Enthusiastic to build good relationships with people.

·      Ability to work well in a team environment.

·      Proficiency in MS Office.
