We are seeking an experienced and passionate Travel Specialist to join our visionary team at The Promised Travels. You will play a key role in bringing the Promised Land Vision to life, by managing travel arrangements, offering expert guidance, and ensuring that each journey is as enriching as it is memorable.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Engagement: Consult with clients to understand their travel aspirations, values, and objectives. Provide personalized travel recommendations that align with their individual journey of discovery and transformation.

• Curated Itinerary Design: Craft meticulously detailed travel itineraries that reflect the essence of The Promised Travels. Your itineraries will include thoughtfully selected accommodations, immersive experiences, and transformative activities that inspire and connect.

• Seamless Booking Management: Oversee all aspects of travel bookings, ensuring every detail is perfectly arranged. This includes flights, accommodations, transport, and exclusive experiences that align with the client’s unique vision.

• Exceptional Client Care: Deliver unparalleled customer service at every stage of the client’s journey. Be a trusted advisor, offering support and insight to enhance their travel experience and ensure their expectations are exceeded.

• Vendor Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with select travel vendors who share our commitment to quality, sustainability, and meaningful travel. Negotiate and secure exceptional value for our clients.

• Documentation Assistance: Guide clients through the necessary travel documentation processes, ensuring they are well-prepared and informed for their journey.

• Market Insight: Stay ahead of travel trends, emerging destinations, and new opportunities that align with the Promised Land Vision. Provide clients with the latest and most relevant travel advice.

• Enhanced Travel Sales: Recognize opportunities to offer additional services that complement the client’s journey, such as unique cultural experiences, wellness retreats, or premium upgrades that enrich their travel experience.

• Responsive Crisis Management: Offer calm and effective support during any travel disruptions, ensuring clients are well cared for and alternative arrangements are swiftly implemented.

Qualifications
