Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Support Trainee at IMS Software Pvt. Ltd. in Kathmandu. The Support Trainee will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, assisting customers, and utilizing strong analytical skills and effective communication to resolve inquiries efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Analytical Skills and Troubleshooting abilities
- Experience in Technical Support and Customer Support
- Strong Communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Experience with software support or IT solutions is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
Working Conditions:
- Full-time position with standard office hours.
- May require occasional travel for client meetings and industry events.
