This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Staff at Raya in Kathmandu. The Front Desk Staff will be responsible for phone etiquette, receptionist duties, customer service, communication, and computer literacy.
- Phone Etiquette, Receptionist Duties, and Customer Service skills
- Strong Communication skills
- Computer Literacy proficiency
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Excellent organizational skills
- Experience in the healthcare or behavioral health industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
