Purpose of the Role

The Guest Experience Officer (GEO) plays a pivotal role in embodying these values while serving as the bridge between our guests and the unique offerings of our resort.

The GEO must ensure that every visitor not only enjoys a seamless stay but also understands the deeper purpose behind Prakriti’s mission of putting community first and agro-tourism. By attentively catering to guest needs, offering insightful information about our organic farming practices, and promoting the cultural & natural heritage of Haibung, the GEO must be excellent at crafting enriching experiences that resonate with our guests.

The GEO’s role will be instrumental in fostering a sense of belonging among our visitors, encouraging repeat stays, and generating positive word-of-mouth recommendations that amplify Prakriti’s reputation. This role is essential to maintaining long-term relationships with our guests and our high standards of hospitality while contributing to the overall guest experience and sustainability goals of Prakriti.


Scope of Work: Guest Experience Officer


The Guest Experience Officer (GEO) at Prakriti Resort & Organic Farm is responsible for delivering exceptional service and ensuring that every guest has a memorable and fulfilling experience during their stay. This role involves being the main point of contact for guests, from their arrival to departure, and consistently upholding the resort’s standards of warm hospitality and personalized service.


Key Responsibilities:


• The GEO will be the key ambassador for Prakriti. You will be a primary point of contact for guests, anticipating their needs and going above and beyond to create memorable experiences. 

• Assist guests throughout their journey, from pre-arrival to post-departure. Provide personalized recommendations on activities, experiences, and amenities available at the resort, including information on our organic farming practices and eco-tourism offerings.

• Coordinate guest services such as special arrangements, community engagement and small events management ensuring all details align with guest preferences. Provide information on facilities, programs, and services, including attending to VIP guests.

• Conduct guided tours of the National Park focusing on general information of available biodiversity, flora and wildlife.

• Conduct guided tours of local community focusing on socio-cultural attractions.

• Foster positive relationships with guests by engaging with them regularly, anticipating their needs, and delivering tailored experiences that align with Prakriti’s values.

• Assist in promoting local culture, heritage, and sustainability initiatives to guests, enhancing their understanding of responsible tourism and the resort’s unique offerings.

• Collect and manage guest feedback to continually improve service quality and identify areas for innovation to provide recommendations to the team.


About you


You are a passionate and dedicated hospitality or tourism professional or final year student who takes pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences. Your warm and approachable demeanour makes you a natural at building connections and ensuring guests feel welcome and valued from the moment they arrive. You have a keen eye for detail and are proactive in addressing guest needs, always going the extra mile to exceed expectations.

Your strong communication skills, adaptability, and ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment make you a key player in creating personalized and memorable experiences.
