Role description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Front Office Supervisor at Lavie Hospitality Group located in Boudha Kathmandu. with 27 rooms inventory. As a Front Office Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of our front office to ensure the highest levels of service and guest satisfaction. In addition to managing front office staff, you will also supervise the housekeeping department, ensuring that all areas meet our standards of cleanliness and guest readiness. You will lead by example, fostering a positive work environment and coordinating closely with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage the daily operations of the front office and housekeeping departments.
  • Ensure all front office and housekeeping staff deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the property upkeeping, guest rooms and public areas to maintain high cleanliness standards.
  • Train, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve departmental goals.
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Monitor staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity and service levels.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports related to front office and housekeeping operations.


Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory role in a hotel or related industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations.
  • Knowledge of front office and housekeeping procedures.
