Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an MSSQL Developer at Rastriya Beema Sasthan in Kathmandu. The MSSQL Developer will be responsible for tasks related to database development, maintenance, and optimization, ensuring data security, and collaborating with the software development team.

Qualifications

• Design, develop, and maintain SQL Server databases.
• Write complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions to support application development.
• Optimize database performance by analyzing and tuning SQL queries.
• Implement data integration and ETL processes.
• Work closely with the development team to understand project requirements and deliver database solutions.
• Ensure data integrity and security across all databases.
• Perform database troubleshooting and debugging as needed.
• Document database processes and procedures.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience as an MS SQL Developer or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in writing and optimizing SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions.
• Experience with SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS).
• Familiarity with ETL processes and tools.
• Strong understanding of database design principles and normalization.
• Experience with database performance tuning and optimization.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
