Job Description:

As a Hospitality Support Person at Dibtech Nepal, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients by ensuring the smooth operation of our hospitality-focused POS systems. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting with client services, maintaining an organized work environment, and providing general support to our hospitality and technical teams. This role requires a proactive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.


Key Responsibilities:

- Assist clients in navigating and optimizing the use of our POS systems to enhance their hospitality services.

- Provide support in maintaining client satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

- Assist with the setup and configuration of POS systems for new clients, including training and troubleshooting.

- Monitor and report any technical or operational issues to the appropriate personnel.

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery.

- Assist with inventory management, including tracking and ordering supplies related to POS system maintenance.

- Perform additional duties as assigned by the management team.


Qualifications:

- No previous experience required; we provide comprehensive training on our POS systems and hospitality support.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining an organized workspace.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

- A positive attitude and a passion for providing excellent customer service.

- Basic knowledge of POS systems and hospitality operations are a plus, but not required.
