Position: Project/Product Manager

Overview:

We are looking for an experienced agile project/product manager to join our talent team. You will help us direct the end-to-end lifecycle of our products from conception to delivery in this role. Your experience working well with cross-functional teams while being able to manage and deliver high-quality engineering projects on time will be important requirement for success. Being a Business Analyst comes in handy to fill up the gap between business needs and technical implementation efficiently

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to release, ensuring alignment with the company strategic goals.
• Identify test requirements from specifications and map the test case requirements to the test coverage plan.
• Apply Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies to plan, execute, and monitor projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Conduct sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, continuously improving the development process.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into detailed product specifications and user stories.
• Monitor product performance and user feedback, making data-driven decisions to enhance the product and user experience.
• Manage risks and issues, proactively identifying and resolving roadblocks that may impact project timelines or quality.
• Be the head of programming/project communications, ensuring transparency and alignment across teams.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to inform product strategy and innovation.
• Analyze product requirements and develop appropriate programs to ensure they’re met.
• Develop, implement, and maintain production timelines across multiple departments.
• Assess current competitor offerings and seek opportunities for differentiation.

Must have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 3.5 years of experience in project/product management with a focus on Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies.
• A Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from inception to completion.
• Strong understanding of software development processes and product lifecycle management.

Nice to have:

• Experience working as a Business Analyst or strong analytical skills to understand and translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana) and collaboration tools (e.g., Confluence, Slack).
• Certification in Agile, Scrum, or related methodologies (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster, PMP) is preferred.
