Job Description: Business Development -:

The BDO/BDM is critical to have a successful agent network in their region. Encompassing all aspects of marketing and recruitment (M&R) in India, the role will manage the India agents in their region allocated and develop an overarching recruitment and marketing strategy to position LCI as a preferred Partner for high-achieving Indian students seeking an overseas education.

Responsibilities -:

BDO/BDM will be responsible for helping build up a business by identifying new Agent Partners and onboarding them. They must maintain relationships with current Partners and build and maintain relationships with new ones. They will also need to stay ahead of their competition and work on sharpening and improving their skills by attending Webinar Training. He must be energetic & focused on working & achieving his monthly KPIs. To work closely with the service team for all agent queries.

Requirements:

• 1-3 / 3-6 Years Industry Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory

• Ability to work on Excel
