Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Coordinator at Creabiz Studio. The Social Media Coordinator will be responsible for social media content creation, social media marketing, communication, and writing. They will work closely with the team to develop and execute social media strategies, create engaging content, and manage social media platforms.


Key Responsibilities


Strategy Development:


  • Create and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Identify target audiences and determine the best platforms and content types to reach them.
  • Develop a content calendar and plan promotional campaigns.


Content Creation and Management:


  • Produce engaging and relevant content, including text, images, videos, and infographics.
  • Schedule and publish posts across various social media platforms.
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and voice.


Audience Engagement:


  • Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions.
  • Respond to audience interactions promptly and professionally.
  • Foster community engagement and encourage user-generated content.


Analytics and Reporting:


  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement rates, follower growth, and website traffic.
  • Prepare regular reports on social media performance and provide insights and recommendations.
  • Use analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.


Advertising and Promotions:


  • Plan and execute paid social media campaigns to increase reach and engagement.
  • Monitor and optimize ad performance to maximize return on investment (ROI).
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to integrate social media campaigns with broader marketing efforts.


Trend Monitoring:


  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Identify new opportunities for the brand to engage with audiences.
  • Experiment with emerging platforms and content formats.


Collaboration:


  • Work closely with other departments (e.g., marketing, PR, customer service) to ensure cohesive messaging and brand consistency.
  • Coordinate with designers, writers, and other content creators to develop high-quality content.
  • Engage with influencers and brand ambassadors to expand reach.


Crisis Management:


  • Monitor for potential PR issues and address them proactively.
  • Develop and implement crisis communication plans for social media.
  • Manage negative comments and feedback constructively.


Required Skills and Qualifications


  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
  • Creativity: Ability to create visually appealing and engaging content.
  • Analytical Thinking: Proficiency in using social media analytics tools to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager).
  • Project Management: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Customer Service Orientation: Ability to handle customer interactions and build relationships with the online community.
  • Knowledge of SEO: Understanding of search engine optimization and how social media impacts search rankings.
