Job Description

As a Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in the growth of Armaans Global an Event Management Company. Your primary responsibility will be to drive business growth by identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and promoting our services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify New Business Opportunities:
  • Conduct research to identify potential clients and markets.
  • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation techniques.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and follow up with clients regularly.
  • Sales and Marketing:
  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective marketing strategies.
  • Participate in industry events and conferences to promote Armaans Global and Event Management Company.
  • Contract Negotiation and Closing:
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts with clients.
  • Close deals and achieve sales targets.
  • Reporting and Documentation:
  • Maintain an up-to-date database of clients and prospects.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and achievements.

Requirements

 

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in the event management industry.
  • Strong understanding of market trends and industry dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
